  11. enough for the beginner and complete enough for the experienced.  Enter a
  12. multitude of information about your Coins in an extremely easy and 
  13. straight forward fashion including the following items: Country, Category,
  14. Condition, Face Value, Purchase Price, Market Value, Premium Value, Mint
  15. Mark, Description, Comments, Year Minted, Quantity and Date Acquired.  
  16. Indicate special coin features such as Commemorative, Controller Coin, 
  17. Key Coin, Semi Key Coin, Gold and Silver.  Modify the Country, Condition
  18. and Category lists to your personal liking.  Help included for identifying
  19. the country of origin for common inscriptions.  Explanations are given for
  20. many coin topics including coin conditions, controller coins, commemoratives
  21. and more.  Information is included on U.S. mint marks, U.S. controller coins
  22. and more.  Advanced search facility gives you the ability to search on 
  23. Country, Face Value, Comments, Year, Category, Mint Mark, Comment, 
  24. Description, Special Features or Condition.  Comes with numerous report
  25. layouts with the ability to create and edit your own.  Reports can be 
  26. sorted by Country, Topic, Condition, Year or Face Value.  Reports can be 
  27. applied to the entire database or to just those items found in a search.

  29. SmartTracker Coins features a scrollable Viewer similar in appearance to a
  30. spreadsheet layout which lists the database elements.  The viewer will
  31. grow and shrink with the size of the window. CONFIGURE the Viewer to your
  32. personal preference.  Select only those database elements that you plan
  33. on using or that you want to see to appear in the viewer.  Specify the 
  34. order in which they appear and specify the space to allocate to each
  35. element.  Advanced search options places items matching search criteria
  36. into the Viewer.  Ascii delimited import/export operations are available
  37. with complete configurability on which items and in which order to import
  38. or export.  Limit exports to only those items found in a search.  Configure
  39. the colors for all elements of the windows for all windows or for specific
  40. windows.  DESIGN your own reports!  Add as many report layouts as you like.
  41. Select either a 90 column report for large legible reports or a 120 column 
  42. report to pack as much information on the page as possible.  Each database 
  43. element can be spread out over a maximum of 12 lines.  Place labels, blanks
  44. and database items where you want them to be.  Allocate the desired space 
  45. for the labels, blanks and database items.  Optionally add up to 3 header 
  46. lines to appear on each page.  Optionally place totals which will appear 
  47. after each report group and at the end of the report.  Optionally place 
  48. page numbers on each page.  For one line reports (columns of data), 
  49. optionally choose to have automatic column headers placed on the report.
  50. Choose from among any True Type font that is on your system.  View reports 
  51. on screen or send to printer or ascii file.  Print one page or entire
  52. report.
